As part of the school's Microsoft Licencing Agreement, we are now able to offer a free copy of Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus to staff.

What is Office365 ProPlus?

Office365 ProPlus is a subscription which allows you to download and install the Office365 software, or run it online and you can even use it on your smartphone or tablet.

How do I login?

Ckick on the sign in button on the side of the page to login in to Office365

Office365 is linked to the school network as uses the same account as your school login. 

Example:

Username: firstname.surname@christchurchprimary.co.uk

Password: Same as CPS school login password

 What do I get with Office365 ProPlus?

 Office365 ProPlus allows you to download and install the following software on up to 5 devices:

• Microsoft Word

• Microsoft PowerPoint

• Microsoft Excel

• Microsoft OneNote

• Microsoft Outlook

• Microsoft Publisher

• Microsoft Access

• Microsoft Lync

As a subscription service, you always have access to the latest version of Office, as soon as it is released.

  Can I use it on a Mac?

 Yes, you can!

Office365 ProPlus allows you to install the software on up to 5 devices at any one time. You can even install it on your Android smartphone/tablet or iPhone using Office Mobile apps.

Office Mobile apps are available for select models of iPhone and Android phones, in addition to being preinstalled on Windows Phone 8.

Office Mobile for iPhone and Android phones is available at no extra charge from the Apple App Store/Google Play Store for Office365 ProPlus subscribers. After signing in to an Office 365 account, you can view and edit Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents from virtually anywhere.

What's the catch?

You can only use the Office365 software as long as you have a CPS Network account & school email account, you also need to be member of staff for christchurch primary school. Once you have left, your subscription to Office365 ProPlus will expire after 30 days.
